Buncombe County Housing Market Report …

According to data from the Asheville Board of REALTORS®, the average sales price for Buncombe County in October 2010 was $242,314; the sales price is down almost $20K compared to October 2009. The October inventory numbers show that there are 16 months of inventory for homes priced from $100K-$200K and 20 months of inventory for homes priced from $300K-$500K.
